Tonight's VCC annual meeting postponed

Tonight's advertised annual general meeting of the Vale Commons Council has unfortunately had to be postponed due to a technical issue with the accounts, which were to have been approved by the meeting.

There is no problem with the numbers themselves, which were earlier issued in draft form in the expectation that signed copies could be presented this evening. For administrative reasons, that is not possible. So rather than have to convene a separate meeting in a few weeks' time, the decision has been taken to defer tonight's AGM.

The council apologises for the inconvenience, which is regrettably unavoidable.
